• Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and operational teams to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes, workflows, systems, and reporting structures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across business and operational functions.
• Document, structure, and prioritise business requirements to support the development and implementation of practical, technology-driven solutions.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, cost effectiveness, and overall business performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and operational processes.
• Develop and support automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or data visualisation tools.
• Explore and support the introduction of AI-based tools and automation technologies to reduce manual workload in areas including reporting, data entry, scheduling, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Work with internal teams and external IT providers to support the design, development, and implementation of business systems and digital solutions.
• Support system integration activities to ensure new tools and platforms operate effectively with existing business systems, processes, and workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and appropriately delivered.
• Assist with solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new systems and business process changes.
• Develop and enhance management reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support effective, data-driven decision-making.
• Support the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting and operational systems.
• Promote appropriate data governance practices, including compliance with GDPR and internal data security requirements.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language and communicate business requirements effectively to technical stakeholders.
• Support training, onboarding, documentation, and change management activities to assist with the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital innovation across the organisation by identifying and supporting smarter and more efficient ways of working.
