ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

A. Architectural Design and Drafting Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.

Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.

Prepare construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

Incorporate design revisions and ensure drawings are accurate and up to date.

B. Technical and Consultant Coordination Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, civil, mechanical and electrical (M&E), and other consultants.

Identify design discrepancies, drawing clashes, and potential construction issues.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical matters.

Attend design coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding issues.

C. Authority Submission Support Assist in preparing architectural drawings and documents for authority submissions.

Coordinate with the appointed Qualified Person (QP), Registered Architect, professional engineers, and relevant authorities.

Assist with amendments and responses to authority comments.

Ensure assigned documentation complies with applicable project requirements and building regulations.
