3107 Occupational Therapist （Locum） /Phoenix

Contract Period: From 17 August 2026 to 30 March 2027 Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: •2 days per week onsite, 8 hrs per day

Requirement: The Personnel to preferably have the following qualifications and experience:

1. AHPC-registered Occupational Therapist
2. 1–2 years (or more) of paediatric, SPED, or community OT experience
3. Experience with adolescents or young adults with ID/ASD
4. Experience conducting assessments and writing reports independently
5. Comfortable working in a school-based multidisciplinary team
6. Experience in vocational or transition planning would be a strong advantage

Job Scopes： The Services required are set out as follows:

1) Carry out initial assessments in relation to occupational needs of the student and document reports 2)Formulate and facilitate intervention for students in the area of motor and processing skills. 3)Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes with the use of selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals (every 6 months). 4) Conduct Vocational Profiling Assessment for incoming students to match their skills and interest to the appropriate vocational track.

*Profile of students: Age 17 to 21, Mild ID, some with mild ASD. *Environment: Vocational School.
