• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prepare and cook Mary Browns signature menu items according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staf
