Job Summary

Plan and implement child development curricula and programmes, build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and continuously improve caregiving and service quality aligned with the organisation’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes by researching and applying emerging trends to innovate learning experiences
• Develop initiatives, practices, and learning materials to improve the quality of the learning environment and support children’s development
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with centre staff, families, and community partners to enhance support for children’s growth
• Perform routine caregiving tasks while identifying and applying improvements to elevate service quality
• Promote and uphold the organisation’s vision, mission, and values through professional practice and innovative approaches to deliver high-quality service standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English, or in Chinese for Chinese Curriculum Language Teachers, to support teaching and stakeholder engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, professionals, parents, families, and community partners from diverse backgrounds
• Exhibit high motivation, energy, and passion for promoting children’s learning and development
