HSE Officer - Yearly Contract

•Ensure compliance with HSE laws, standards, and corporate requirements in a chemical/petrochemical plant environment. •Implement and monitor site HSE plans, KPIs, and safety programs. •Conduct HSE orientation, training, audits, and site inspections. •Review risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and investigate incidents and near misses. •Manage waste management activities, PPE control, and emergency preparedness. •Coordinate with all departments and contractors to ensure safe workplace, machinery, and operations. •Prepare HSE reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Age 24-35 Years. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of HSE experience (chemical or petrochemical plant experience is a strong advantage) Strong knowledge of Thai HSE laws and regulations. Able to register as a Professional Safety Officer under Thai law. Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and/or Process Safety Management (PSM). Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Can communicate in English (spoken and written)
