Job Scope Develop robust test scenarios to ensure all scenarios (positive, negative, edge, error, end to end etc) are tested. Develop proper test plan and strategy (front-end/back-end), test timeline and expected test results. Execute manual and automation test cases. Plan and request for test data/devices required for testing. Flagging out issues/defects timely and resolving it with stakeholders (business users, technology team, channel teams, development teams etc) timely before launch. Reporting and documenting on testing progress (how many test cases completed/failed/run/defects closed out). Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems and procedures. Adhere to quality standards and procedures. Job Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in digital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking applications is advantageous. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
