Manitoba Club is searching for an experienced Banquet Line Cook to join our talented culinary team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of menu items for catered events
• Participate in plating of catered events
• Participate in setting up and executing buffet events
• Prepare daily requisitions for supply and production of catered events
• Work in team environment
• Monitor waste during production
• Advanced knife skills are required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment in high pressure situations

The shift is Tuesday to Saturday 1pm to 9:30pm with some Sundays and Holidays required.
