Graduate at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses Certificate Knowledgeable in cleaning and cutting various type of meat/poultry/fish in large quantity without compromising the quality. Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position. Specialize in breaking down whole animals or large primal cuts to maximize quality, control costs, and reduce waste.
