Responsibilities: Strategically manage and optimize all aspects of material control, inventory management, and supply chain operations specifically for low voltage panel production.
Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement robust procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of all necessary components.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production Engineering teams to forecast material needs, mitigate risks, and streamline production workflows.
Oversee vendor management , negotiating contracts and building strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and quality.
Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures for incoming materials and outgoing components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material handling, storage, and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor inventory levels, track material flow, and generate insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
Skills & Technologies: This role requires a deep understanding of Material Control , Engineering principles, and Production Engineering methodologies, particularly within the context of Low Voltage Panels . Proficiency in Inventory Management , Supply Chain Optimization , and advanced Procurement techniques is essential. Requirements: -
- B.Sc . degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
