Partner Engagement Surabaya

Job Desc :

1. Consistently educates and monitors Drivers, especially low-productivity Dax, to improve trips
2. Coaches Driver on effective working patterns
3. Guides Driver to meet program targets for trips, online hours, and completion rate.
4. Quickly resolves app issues and rental vehicle problems to minimize downtime and protect Driver's productivity.
5. Provide Kopdar with community every week and support engangement activity
6. Make sure communication relate program is smooth and no demo.

Requirements :

1. ​Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) / Associate Degree (preferably majoring in Communication, Management, International Relations, or a related field)
2. ​Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Partner Engagement, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relations.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong organizational or internship experience in external relations.
4. ​Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.​Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.​Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM software (nice to have), or basic data analysis tools.
5. Attributes & Personality:​Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, and empathetic.​ Proactive, highly self-motivated, and target-driven.
