Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Secondary English Teacher to join our growing team. You will teach students from Secondary 1 to 4 across O-Level and IP tracks, delivering structured, insight-driven lessons that produce measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English lessons up to pre-university level, including lesson preparation, curriculum planning, and material development
• Mark assignments, conduct mock examinations, and provide detailed written and verbal feedback to students and parents
• Conduct make-up and remedial classes as required
• Attend teacher meetings, training sessions, and participate in promotional workshops and events
• Manage student and parent queries professionally and promptly
• Support the Academy’s administrative and operational needs as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at secondary level
• Strong command of the O-Level English syllabus; IP experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred; EP candidates will be considered for exceptional profiles
