Location: Bugis Junction Full-Time: 44 hours/week (5 days/week). Shifts available is based on store operating hours. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Stockroom Management – Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment. Store Operations – Support product flow between stockroom and sales floor, ensuring timely replenishment. Sales & KPIs – Take ownership of sales targets and KPIs, striving to meet or exceed them. Inventory Control – Manage stock counts, deliveries, and inter‑store transfers accurately and on time. Product Knowledge – Stay informed on product performance (e.g., best sellers) and plan stockroom accordingly. Team Support – Provide feedback, collaborate respectfully, and assist colleagues when needed. Training & Development – Complete training programs, apply learning effectively, and seek coaching opportunities. Attendance & Commitment – Adhere to roster schedules and maintain a positive attendance record.
