Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation with sites across the East Midlands. This role will sit as part of a close knit team supporting a busy business units. What you will be doing Provide practical, sound HR advice and coach line managers on best practise. Management of a busy ER caseload, partnering closely with key stakeholders Support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to day to day HR activities, projects and initiatives that support both the business and colleagues. Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose

What they are looking for Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level with a focus on employee relations. Ability to commute to Leicester and comfortable being onsite at least 4 days a week Experience working in a busy, fast paced blue-collar organisation CIPD qualified preferred
