CIVIL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supervising civil engineering projects involving buildings, roads, drainage systems, bridges, and other public infrastructure. Conducts site assessments and inspections; prepares, reviews, and evaluates engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports; and ensures that construction works adhere to approved plans, engineering standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Monitors project implementation, quality of materials, and workmanship; coordinates with contractors, project personnel, and other concerned parties; and provides technical guidance and recommendations on project requirements and issues. Performs other related duties as assigned.
