As we continue to grow our spa services, we?re looking for a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team.

*Position: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)*

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused RMT to provide professional massage therapy treatments in a comfortable and welcoming spa environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients feel their best, has excellent hands-on skills, and is committed to delivering personalized care and exceptional customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on each client's needs and goals.
• Conduct client consultations and assess areas of concern before treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment approaches and recommend appropriate techniques.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow professional standards.
• Educate clients on aftercare, stretching, and wellness recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every client.
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
• Stay current with massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to provide an exceptional overall client experience.

*Qualifications*

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with valid registration in Ontario.
• Relevant education and professional certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about wellness and providing exceptional client experiences.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
