Little Rainbows Limited is looking for a full-time Playgroup Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in games and activities that foster physical, social, and language skills.
• Prepare and maintain play areas and materials to support a wide range of children's activities.
• Encourage children's independence, self-confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Organise and oversee children's excursions and outings.
• Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety regulations, responding effectively to any injuries or emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by putting away equipment and cleaning the premises after use.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues, maintaining accurate records as required.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment.
• Caring and empathetic nature.
• A second language would be an advantage.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
