Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Summary We are seeking an operational Warehouse Executive to manage floor supervisors, oversee logistics workflows, and optimize inventory data at Jurong Fishery Port. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including driver loading schedules to ensure timely dispatch and inventory management Monitor and verify accuracy of Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to maintain reliable inventory records Generate detailed inventory reports to support operational decision-making and stock control Supervise shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of warehouse activities Lead and coordinate warehouse pickers and logistics staff to achieve daily productivity targets and meet port deadlines Apply strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and support warehouse reporting functions Requirements: 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory/operations experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and WMS platforms. Capability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
