KOL Specialist Leader ( Head of MCN)

Job Description:

• Develop and execute MCN strategy to acquire, manage, and grow a strong network of creators.
• Lead and manage the MCN team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, KOLs, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Develop creator acquisition and retention strategies to increase the number and quality of creators within the network.
• Monitor creator performance, content quality, engagement, and overall contribution to MCN growth.
• Identify and develop business opportunities through brand collaborations, campaigns, live streaming, and other monetization channels.
• Manage campaign execution end-to-end, from negotiation, creator selection, briefing, execution, to performance evaluation.
• Analyze MCN performance data and revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure the team achieves MCN targets and KPIs, including creator acquisition, retention, revenue, and campaign performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy developments, and platform policies to develop relevant MCN strategies.
