M&E Manager

Lead and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works for the residential project, from planning through to completion.

Review M&E drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate M&E works with architects, consultants, the main contractor, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

Monitor project progress, work quality, safety, and costs to ensure timely project delivery.

Ensure all M&E installations comply with Singapore codes, statutory regulations, and project specifications.

Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site coordination matters.

Attend site, technical, and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.

Manage and supervise M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Review and verify progress claims, variation orders, procurement schedules, and material submissions.

Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.

Ensure all project documentation, reports, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance records are properly maintained.

Support project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety policies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and site staff.
