Project Coordination (Claims & Operations) | 6-Month Contract
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
- Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
- Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
- Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
- Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-month contract, suitable for candidates looking to gain practical project coordination experience.
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Training will be provided.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week
