INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Information Systems and Technology Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology supports business goals through secure, stable, scalable, and efficient IT systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on IT leader with strong experience in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, IT governance, vendor management, and team leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, IT operations, infrastructure management, or a similar leadership role Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise technology environments Strong background in IT project management, including planning, execution, implementation, and evaluation Experience managing IT in a high-demand environment such as a call center, BPO, enterprise, or similar operational setting Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, data protection, and IT compliance Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with virtualization technologies, database management, ERP systems, and enterprise applications Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST, or similar standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong financial acumen in IT budgeting, vendor negotiation, resource planning, and cost control Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize complex technical and operational needs

Nice to Have Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field IT certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or similar credentials Experience with scripting, automation tools, or infrastructure management automation Training or exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, automation, blockchain, or other innovation-focused tools Proven experience improving IT performance, reducing downtime, and optimizing technology costs
