As our logistics operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Officer to strengthen our team.

In this versatile role, you will support the Logistics Manager and ensure the smooth coordination of warehouse administration, inventory management, transport follow-up, and logistics processes. You will play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, organized, and customer-focused.

Your Responsibilities

Support the daily coordination of warehouse and logistics activities.

Manage inventory and monitor stock movements.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing pallet flows.

Perform stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Place and follow up purchase orders.

Monitor logistics activities with subcontractors.

Follow up customer deliveries and resolve issues when needed.

Process returns administration.

-

Verify delivery documents and handle discrepancies.

Help optimize warehouse organization and logistics workflows.

Support transport planning and dispatch activities.

Your Profile

-

Experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role.

-

Background in Logistics, Administration, or Supply Chain.

-

Experience with transport planning is a plus.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.

-

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

-

Good communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.
