A New Opportunity Awaits! One of our clients is a growing travel insurance agency providing travel insurance solutions and services to individuals and businesses. The company is now welcoming a detail-oriented and responsible ACCOUNTING STAFF to join the company and help keep financial and administrative operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor insurance premium collections and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of commissions, operational expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with tax administration and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance; experience in an insurance agency is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax and accounting practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as : Odoo / Accurate / Xero / Zahir
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience handling travel insurance premiums, commissions, or insurance-related financial transactions.
Work Location : Hybrid remote in Jakarta Raya
