Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of building facilities
• Inspect and maintain MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (low & medium voltage)
• Handle plumbing installation & repairs
• Assist with minor civil works when needed
• Work across multiple locations and prepare basic reports

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in building maintenance / MEP
• Understand MEP systems and electrical (LV & MV)
• Familiar with plumbing and basic civil work
• Able to use technical tools
• Willing to work mobile
• Own motorcycle & valid driving license
