Your tasks
- On-Page SEO: Optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, URLs, and internal linking
- Technical SEO: Crawling, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and structured data
- Site Performance: Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability
- Content Quality: Content planning, SEO briefs, and optimization of project and location pages, ensuring accuracy and reviewing AI-assisted content
- AI Search: Understanding of AI Overviews, AI Mode, and GEO/AEO principles grounded in SEO best practices
- Local SEO: Google Business Profile management and local search optimization
- Off-Page SEO: Relevant, high-quality backlink acquisition and backlink analysis
- Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Lead Tracking: Measure organic enquiries, calls, WhatsApp clicks, and conversions; coordinate with CRM teams to assess lead quality
- Reporting: Report on organic visibility, traffic, rankings, and qualified leads, with actionable recommendations
- Search Updates: Monitor Google ranking updates and spam policies, assess their impact, and recommend actions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate implementation with developers, content creators, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven, measurable results
- SEO Strategy: Website audits, competitor analysis, and prioritized action plans
- Keyword Research: Arabic and English keyword research, search intent analysis, and keyword mapping
- Experienced career-level professional ready to thrive in a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt.
