Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

• Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high-quality work, engagement, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large on-site facility team within a fast-paced environment.

Operations & Flow Management:

• Maintain and oversee the daily operations of all L'Oréal facilities, including the direct supervision of reception/security operations, cleaning services, catering, and related services.
• Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses with strict financial rigor.
