Your missions

As a member of the Industrial Development team, you will contribute to driving performance and support the teams in their decision-making process. Your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the development of new products and the renovation of existing ones.
• Participating in the development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain, etc.).
• Working in coordination with Marketing teams, formulation laboratories, Packaging teams, Purchasing, Plants, and various other stakeholders.
• Thinking differently and innovating to bring high added value to product design.
• Ensuring compliance with product definition, cost, timing, and environmental impact for product launches.
• Leading cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of operational processes and the graphic chain, etc.).
• And above all, innovating and pushing boundaries: leaving your mark on this internship!
