The missions you may be required to assigned

Institutional Communication: you will be at the heart of L'Oréal's influence strategy. You will participate in the definition and deployment of our global corporate communications, touching on key issues such as CSR, public affairs and crisis management. Your role? Contribute to protecting and enhancing the Group's reputation, by creating impactful content in collaboration with our international teams and by actively participating in the implementation of our communication actions.

Internal Communication (online - offline): become a key player in employee engagement! You'll take part in creating and coordinating our internal communications plan, devising innovative actions to inform, inspire and unite our teams worldwide. Your role? Monitor the development of our communication tools, measure their impact thanks to precise KPIs and contribute to enhancing our employees' experience.
