Marketing Specialist

Would you like to work in a diverse marketing role across travel, golf, restaurants and events – both in Finland and internationally?

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join us in a full-time role.

In this role, you will work with marketing in an exceptionally diverse environment. You will be involved in marketing golf, accommodation, restaurants, meetings and events, while also contributing to the development of new international golf and travel concepts.

This is a hands-on in-house marketing role where you will have the opportunity to both plan and, above all, execute marketing activities across a wide range of channels.

What will you do?

• Plan and create content for social media and digital channels
• Create photo and video content, including Reels

• Plan and execute campaigns for our different business areas
• Create marketing and sales materials for both digital and print use

• Update and develop website content
• Contribute to international golf and travel marketing and the development of new concepts

• Track marketing performance and develop activities based on the results

What are we looking for?

• Experience in marketing, content creation or similar roles
• A strong visual eye and the ability to create high-quality photo and video content

• Strong written communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Experience with marketing and graphic content creation tools

• An understanding of social media and digital marketing
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work

• Willingness to use AI as part of marketing and content creation

Experience in the travel, events or golf industry is considered an advantage, but even more important to us are versatile skills, creativity and the ability to independently turn ideas into action.
