CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to completion. Manage site operations, workers, subcontractors, materials and project schedules. Ensure all construction works comply with approved plans, safety requirements and quality standards. Monitor project progress, costs and deadlines and resolve site issues promptly. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities. Prepare site reports and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Relevant experience in construction project management and site supervision. Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities. Willing to work on construction sites and handle project-related responsibilities.
