👨‍💼 What You’ll Do as a Front Desk

• ⭐ Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• ⭐ Promote our room package
• ⭐ Familiar with POS system
• ⭐ Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;
• ⭐ Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
• ⭐ Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
• ⭐ Register all check-in customers
• ⭐ Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
• ⭐ Maintain a safe and clean environment
• ⭐ Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
• ⭐ Communicate effectively with team members and management
• ⭐ Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
• ⭐ All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

✅ We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude with a passion forcustomer service
• Friendly, energetic and enjoysinteracting with people
• Good communication and interpersonalskills
• Able to work independently as wellas in a team
• Willing to work weekends and publicholidays
• Experience in F&B, Hospitalityor Customer Service is an advantage

Comprehensivetraining will be provided for the right candidate.

⏰ Working Hours

2Rotating Shifts

• 12:00PM – 9:00 PM
• 6:00 PM– 3:00 AM

📅 5 Rest Days Every Month

Workingschedule will be arranged according to operational requirements.
