Kq Accommodation Limited T/A Hilliards at 6/7, Main Street, Killarney Co.Kerry is looking for 4 bakers to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for quality food and creativity. You will be responsible for baking with fresh ingredients ,ensuring high standards of food hygiene, and maintaining a well-organised, efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as bake bread, sour dough, cakes and patisserie products etc.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls, develop new recipes and products.
• Good knowledge of bread making required.
• Prepare, bake and finish products to a high standard, while using traditional artisanal methods to ensure only the finest quality products leave our bakery.
• Ability to cut and shape by hand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in modern and busy kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills

Salary:

€36,606 per annum.

Hours:

39 hours per week.
