Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Perform espresso calibration and maintain flavor consistency.
• Apply steaming and pouring techniques, including basic latte art patterns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista.
• Strong knowledge of espresso calibration, steaming, and latte art pouring.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong hospitality mindset with customer-oriented service.
