MCX Technical Support Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• Proprietary MCX Solution and Platform Maintenance
• Linux Server Administration

• IP Network Analysis and troubleshooting
• Analyze SIP signaling and resolve incidents related to VoIP services.

• System Monitoring and Log Collection and Analysis
• Customer technical support and issues management

• Support system patching, software upgrades, and deployment processes
• Technical collaboration with Development and QA teams

Ihr Profil

• Fluent in English communication
• Experienced in Linux system operations and incident/fault analysis

• Understanding of IP networking, including TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, VPN and Firewalls
• Understanding of SIP protocols and VoIP technologies.

• Capabilities in log collection, analysis, and technical troubleshooting
• Capabilities in using packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump etc

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Holder of a CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional) Certification
• Background or experience in IMS, LTE/5G or Telecommunication solutions

• Experience with MCX, IMS, LTE/5G, or relevant telecommunication solutions.
• Experience working in Docker, virtualization, or Cloud environments.

• Ability to utilize Shell or Python
• Understanding of Android-based devices and mobile communication services.

• Prior experience in system maintenance, customer technical support
