Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional scalp and hair consultations
- Understand customers’ concerns and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Introduce treatment packages and support sales conversion
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on treatment progress
- Manage appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Work closely with therapists and the store team to achieve outlet targets
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty, wellness, hair, scalp care or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident in consultation and sales
- Service-oriented, positive and well-groomed
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
