HR Manager (Logistics Services)

• Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll coordination, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
• Develop organization structures, job descriptions, KPI systems, and performance evaluation processes aligned with business growth.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning for operational teams including logistics, transportation, warehouse, and manufacturing functions.
