Workforce Planning Specialist
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HCI Strategic Workforce Planning) is an added advantage
Minimum experience:
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of specialized experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or people analytics
Experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial, or project-based environments is highly preferred
Job-specific skills:
Demonstrated experience in org chart maintenance, job evaluation, role profiling, and headcount planning across varied business units
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and exposure to job architecture frameworks and grading methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with HR business partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
