Department: Finance & Operations Location: Cairo, Egypt Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Founder & CEO About the Role Kings Developments is looking for a highly organized and commercially aware Finance & Operations Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial controls, project accounting, collections, payments, and financial reporting. This is more than a traditional accounting role. We are looking for someone who can provide management with a clear and current picture of what has been collected, what has been spent, what is committed, what is due, and what requires attention. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate company financial records and transactions.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitor client down payments, installments, collections, and outstanding balances.

Reconcile client accounts against contracts and payment schedules.

Manage supplier, consultant, and contractor accounts.

Review payment requests and supporting documentation.

Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

Track project expenditure against approved budgets.

Monitor committed costs, paid costs, and outstanding liabilities.

Manage petty cash and operational expenses.

Allocate expenses by project, department, and cost center.

Prepare regular cash-flow and management reports.

Prepare budget vs. actual reporting.

Maintain accurate financial information within the Kings CRM.

Review reservation financial information before Finance approval.

Ensure financial records correspond with signed contracts and approved payment plans.

Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors as required.

Maintain a complete and organized financial audit trail.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience.

Real estate development, construction, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with accounting or ERP systems.

Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Experience with real-estate collections and payment schedules is an advantage.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
