Merchant Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Merchant Assistant to support our merchandising team with daily sampling, order tracking, and general production administration. Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update shipment reports for merchant bonus tracking
• Maintain fabric sample recaps
• Update and monitor daily sampling progress
• Check Asana for new incoming orders and assign them to the relevant merchant
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Airtable
• Prepare and coordinate pattern handovers
• Support merchants with general follow-up and administration

Requirements:

• Good English, written and spoken
• Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, Airtable, and task management systems
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments
• Experience in garment, fashion, merchandising, or production is an advantage

Location: Kerobokan, Bali Position: Full-time, on-site
