Early Years Educator Spanish Speaking

About the role

The successful candidate will create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment while supporting children's development and introducing Spanish language and culture through meaningful, age-appropriate experiences.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Introduce Spanish through songs, stories, games, conversations, and everyday activities.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and language development.

Observe, assess, and document children's progress.

Adapt activities to meet individual children's learning needs.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team.

Participate in events, activities, and the wider life of the nursery.

Follow EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety, and Kids First Group policies.

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant field.

Relevant Early Years or Teaching qualification is preferred.

Fluent Spanish speaker with strong communication skills.

Minimum 2 years' experience working with young children.

Good understanding of EYFS and early childhood development.

Creative, energetic, patient, and nurturing.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

UAE nursery experience is preferred.
