Quantity Surveyor - RTA Approved

We are seeking a highly skilled and RTA approved Quantity Surveyor to join our consulting team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring value for money, and minimizing risk. This role requires expertise in preparing and managing budgets, conducting cost analyses, and collaborating with diverse project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Conduct cost estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts for projects.
• Analyze variances and recommend cost control measures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate project cost management.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Assess contract claims and disputes and provide recommendations for resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of project expenditures and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• RTA accreditation and approval is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, RTA regulations, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
