Finance Manager

- Lead and manage the Finance & Costing team, ensuring performance, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Lead product costing for all SKUs, including standard/actual costing, BOM/recipe costing, and COGS.
- Analyze raw material, packaging, labor, utilities, and manufacturing overhead costs.
- Monitor cost variances, yield, wastage, production losses, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare and review product profitability and gross margin analysis.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes.
- Monitor Actual vs. Budget vs. Standard Cost and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory valuation for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion for costing, inventory, financial reporting, and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate monthly closing, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Provide management with financial insights to support pricing, product, sourcing, and operational
decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 8–12 years of Finance/Accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks Manufacturing.
- Excellent and proven experience in Manufacturing Costing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Product & Standard Costing, BOM/Recipe Costing, COGS & Gross Margin, Cost &
Production Variance Analysis, Yield & Wastage Analysis, Inventory Valuation, and Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and relevant manufacturing/costing
modules is mandatory.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are Plus
