Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for preschool-aged children.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the child's education.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Create a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education – L1/L2
• GCE 'O' Level credit in English
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
