Buyer– Semiconductor Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join a growing semiconductor manufacturing operation in Singapore. This role will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, supplier management, commercial negotiations and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement to support manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate and onboard suitable suppliers to support operational requirements.

Manage procurement of goods and services, including pricing, commercial terms and delivery negotiations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.

Analyze procurement costs, market trends and supplier competitiveness to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality requirements and relevant regulations.

Support other procurement and supply chain activities as required.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

Semiconductor manufacturing experience is required.

Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

Good understanding of sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
