Yoghurt Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of milk and other yoghurt ingredients.

Measure and mix ingredients according to approved production procedures.

Operate and assist with basic yoghurt production equipment and machinery.

Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Assist with filling, sealing, labelling, and packaging finished yoghurt products.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.

Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.

Properly store raw materials and finished products according to required conditions.

Report equipment faults, production issues, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.

Maintain accurate production records and assist with stock monitoring.

Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
