Bilingual Interpreter 911 - Home Office

We are looking for bilingual interpreters to work in a 100% remote modality with paid training.

Work Modality: 100% Home Office (from anywhere in Mexico)

Job Description: The interpreter will provide English–Spanish interpretation in three-way calls for medical, emergency (911), and other critical situations, supporting individuals who are not fluent in the language.

• Requirements
• English level B2 minimum (C2 preferred)
• High school diploma completed
• Stable internet connection (minimum 3 Mbps)
• Call center experience (preferred)
• Quiet and dedicated workspace
• Compatible equipment (Huawei and ZTE devices are not supported)

Technical Requirements

• PC or laptop with Windows 10/11 or macOS 12 or higher
• Updated Chromebook
• Android phone version 13 or higher, or iPhone with iOS 16 or higher
• Dedicated workspace to perform job duties

Benefits

• Monthly salary: $11,000 MXN (Part-Time)
• $16,500 MXN (Full-Time and Graveyard shift)
