Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's growth and long-term objectives. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Lead treasury, investment, and capital management activities while maintaining strong financial controls. Provide strategic financial insights and advice to executive management to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in finance/accounting) is highly desirable. Professional Qualifications in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA)

Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting. At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.People without competitive experience should not apply. Experience in private healthcare financing or specialty hospitals is an added advantage. Experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management. A CFO with the capacity to prepare financial models tailored to the objectives of the hospital, work with existing business plans, or develop business plans and financial models that can support the expansion and fundraising efforts of the hospital. Expertise to critically review the terms and conditions attached to funding opportunities and appropriately advise the hospital on their suitability. Capacity to represent the hospital in engagements with investors and other funding partners. Ability to provide strategic financial leadership to support the expansion and growth of the hospital. Ability to develop and strengthen the business case for raising funds Demonstrable experience in corporate expansion and raising capital. Ability to effectively manage the existing funds in the hospital, as well as incoming funds, ensuring they are properly planned, allocated, and utilized.

Remuneration: NGN 2.5 Million Monthly
