The Fitness Trainer/Lifeguard is an important member of our team, a professional who supports guests with safe, enjoyable fitness activities and helps maintain a safe leisure environment. Responsibilities Assess guests’ fitness levels and discuss their exercise goals and relevant health needs. Lead individual and group sessions, including Pilates, yoga and aqua aerobics. Show guests how to use fitness equipment correctly and supervise exercise routines. Keep the gym clean, organized and ready for use in line with health and safety standards. Monitor guest safety during fitness and water activities, within the scope of your training. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when needed and qualified to do so. Requirements A degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology or Sports Science and at least two years of similar experience, preferably at a four- or five-star hotel. Good spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage. Experience leading Pilates, yoga or aqua aerobics classes, valid CPR/AED and first aid certification, and valid lifeguard qualification for the assigned pool or beach duties.
