Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista, with at least 1-2 years
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
